Same thing with me man. I can make a new pair if I want but they said I have to mail the ones I have back first and then ill get the voucher for a new pair......

Was looking at a pair of my 998s and noticed some wrinkling on the toebox. Is this normal? Can it be fixed?

Yeah it's kinda bs but that messed up,side panel annoys the crap outta me, and I'm hoping the next pair has cleaner embroidery. But I have to wait for the shipping label to arrive before I can send them out. Kind of annoying but at least they're willing to fix it. Just wonder what they're gonna do with my first pair? Outlets?

I had one issue where the shoe was slightly wrong like you and my other pair got lost in their system. The lady told me the same story about how i need to send it back and they would make me another pair. I asked what they do with custom pairs that get returned. She stumbled through some bs line about how it might get "recycled" so i called her out and told her it was most likely going to get thrown away. She admitted that was the case. Then i expressed my dissatisfaction about waiting again for the same pair and she said the other option was that she could talk to her supervisor and give me a discounted rate on the pair. I said ok. She called back and gave me my free pairs. Now i know mine was situation was different as i also had a pair that just "disappeared" in their system so they were probs trying to make up for both. Either way they dont outlet custom pairs. Good luck fam.

Sometimes they come like that which is not ideal but they crease by the toes anyway as the suede shapes to your foot.

They did arrive like that, pretty much right as I took out the paper wads and put them on feet. I just wanted to see if this was a big deal or of it's going to happen anyways with wear.
Don't have any wrinkles on my 998 Bringbacks though, and I've worn those twice all day.

Unreal quality on these. Anyone who is hesitant on these should pull the trigger. As usual, they look 10x better in person. Pictures don't do them justice.
