Has anyone tried to return a pair of NB1 998's cause of toebox creasing? I'm having this problem with both left and right pairs and it is annoying the hell outta me. I have 2 other pairs that don't have this problem which tells me it has to be a manufacturing issue right? I'm not one to nitpick since handmade shoes are difficult to make exactly the same everytime but this creasing is pretty significant IMO. Just wondered if anyone else had any experience dealing with this issue since NB has a no-return policy for their customs.

i don't even like red shoes but you did a good job on those oxblood. i dig maroon/burgundy. actually don't like most of the customs people post up but those are really clean you kept it simple

Nope. I found that shop while surfing for blue denims. They have some super deals at times, like the 996gk. A few weeks ago they had some pool blues for 80 something.
