gonna wait to see if there are issues with the denim... it looks like there are rows on the denim and that can lead to some being constructed all weird

This is how I am now. I used to buy a ton of pairs because I liked them a bit, but with so many releases available, I'm becoming more picky with what I buy.
The CNCPTS pairs are nice, but not must haves for me. I think i was more drawn to the unique packaging than the pairs themselves. The Butterscotch 997 has been my favorite pickup this year by far.

To me butterscotch over a teal 997 . The butterscotch can be worn more with different things plus I had 150$ j crew gift cards from last Christmas plus j crew gave me 15 percent off so I only paid like 20 bucks out of pocket [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128076[/emoji]

Indeed. Buying like this has kept my stash more practical (and wife's closet space friendly).
Learned this after I realized I had 100 or so pairs and half of them were bought just b/c they were shoes I sorta liked and were good deals.
I still fall victim to bargain buying just for the hell of it, but I usually end up selling them b/c they just collect dust (see my sig lol).

I did the same thing. stopped myself from buying shoes just to buy them because they are a good deal (people in the tech fleece thread live for this). If I won't wear them, it doesn't matter the price. Now I just make a list of what I plan to get. And if those go on sale, great.
