If you go a FULL size down on 998 collabs either 1. You have extremely skinny feet  2. You really don't know your foot size .

Anyways ....

1/2 size down for a snug fit

TTS for a bit a room

Well I have regular width feet and definitely know my damn shoe size

Personally the premier's and grand tourers fit a full size big for me. Not sure why. I usually only go .5 down.

Just got my 997's in from Concepts and was initially stoked and impressed by the shoe. And then it came time to lacing them up and then I noticed that my laces weren't going through the top three lace holes... seems like the holes haven't been fully punched out or something. I actually ended up bending the lace tips because I was pushing so hard trying to get the darned thing through. I was just hoping it was the right shoe but i've encountered the same thing on the left shoe.

Super impressed by the shoe overall but bummed about this... I understand mistakes happen but for $240 I expect to be lace my sneakers up lol. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Happened to me on a pair of 577FW.

I ended up punching the hole myself with a nail if i remember correctly.

Repped, thanks for the tip. Will give it a shot.
I remeber it took a good amount of effort to get it through the material which was some what stretchy.

Just make sure whatever you use is sharp and small enough to fit through the holes.

You don't want to stretch them out by accident.

that happened to me on my 997 too. The holes just didnt match up so I had to keep moving the lace tip around until they lined up, but even still they were difficult to pull through.

Thanks dudes. Still working on getting this out. I've already stretched one of the lace holes... I plan on wearing these so I don't mind the stretched lace hole but I just want to get the thing through. So bizarre to see this kind of construction on a MIUSA model

Happened to me but isn't really difficult at all to fix. Simply take a small sharp object and poke a hole through it

you could always take it to a cobbler and have them punch the holes for you

Exactly what I was thinking... I've tried everything and I am just ruining my laces and lace holes. This happened to me on another pair of NB's before but I just simply poked a sharp object and the plugged up hole came out fine. It seems that the lace holes in my pair is straight up plugged and were never properly punched out. Bummer.

Same thing happened with my 577fw, the lace perforation wasn't completely punctured. I figured the flaw was the reason it was discounted on feature. I just created a hole like everyone else with a knife.

I think concept gave me the wrong tracking number.... my 998 is in Washington out for delivery but Im in california
