Nope they don't. I bought the navy blue 990/993 replacement laces off NB's website.

So I caved and ordered the HTB's on the strength of your picture alone, which lace length did you go with?

i'm a size 7.5 and i bought the 54" length, but i find it a little too long, i had to go through every lace hole to use up the length.

I have no idea whether the 45" would be too short though..

Holy cow lol I wear a 13 and I find the 54 inch to be too big so I can only imagine, I assume you keep your kicks pretty loose or go the "air max" look by not even tying them. In case anyone is wondering why the lengths of laces sold separate are either longer or shorter than what you normally get with your shoes thats because NB makes the laces that come with the shoes and Hickory Brands is the contracted company that produces about 90% of their accessories. Apparently Hickory peeps and Corp peeps don't communicate....
