Batman Beyond was good too imo. Anyone else agree??? But yeah Batman TAS was real good. It was dark and scary just like it is supposed to. Superman was goodtoo

No it wasnt. the clip he posted was from Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Here's the entire scene

The one he posted was actually the edited version. In the uncut version, Robin shoots Joker.

I agree, I still watch that show on DVD. BTAS was directly responsible for Superman the Animated Series Static Shock, Batman Beyond, Justice League, andJustice League Unlimited. The reason I love that show is the episodes really dealt with some real world issues. I'll never forget the episode called "The Underdwellers" where that crazy guy used all those oprhaned/abandoned kids as his personal army of theives.

Damn I love Batman but I gotta put the Spider-Man cartoon up there too just because of all the +#%*+$@ cameos...I was watching that @*%+ the other day likethis

the whole time not realizing how many Marvel characters wereactually in it.

Surfthechannel.com has most of the Batman eps too.

My Favorite BTAS episodes are as follows:

  1. The Underdwellers
  2. The Clock King- Mayor Hill really ruined Temple Fugate's life.

    roll.gif
  3. Perchance to Dream- One of the cruelest thing a villain has ever done to Batman.
  4. The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy- This episode showed of Batman's detective skills and it also exposed us to my favorite Batman villain (Wormwood).
  5. The Demon's Quest- This two part epsiode really demonstrates why Ra's al Ghul is Batman's greatest foe.

Aw dude. Coming home from school and tuning in to Fox to watch this. Was and still is hot. Def. GOAT superhero cartoon shows IMO.

Agreed......definitely appreciated. This set the tone for comic book series. Followed a close second by the original X-men.

I guess I will give the Brave and the Bold a chance. It just looks quite ridiculous to me. Not really feeling the new X-men either but I will keep watching itsince everyone says it gets better. I think its only on episode 8 or so in the US.

No. The Mad Hatter abducted Batman and gave him a dream to make his life all perfect (his parents were alive, Selina Kyle was his fiance, etc). Dude didntunderstand it and finally figured out what was up....jumeped off the clock tower and woke up and messed up Mad Hatter's scheme.

He also realized it was a dream when all the words in the books and newspapers were jibberish. He said something about how one side of the braincontrols dreaming but this side does not control reading comprehension.

While i have way too many to name, some of my favorite episodes:

-When Batman styled on the Clock King
baf152e995a923e6bfe9892fb5dae575ea6f467.gif
messed homies game up for reals
-the entire episode of "Almost Got 'Em" when bats had the Killer Croc outfit just chillin in the room all incognito
-The Grey Ghost episode, when they paid homage and used Adam West as the voice of him. That was ill

The grey ghost episode is my favorite all time. TAS is the greatest cartoon ever, and IGN voted it #2 all time behind the Simpsons, which I guess I am coolwith. I got all the dvd's and watch the episodes randomly. I don't think I will ever stop loving that show. Fox 54 afternoon's at 4 pm in 5th gradeFTW. By the way, Mark Hamill's (Luke Skywalker) version of the Joker is the best ever.

*hums theme song*

duuunananaaa na, duuu naaaaanaaaaaaaaaa naaa *symbols crash*

My favorite show as a kid. No words can describe how much a love it.
