LOL.. Dumbest thing ever said on NT?

Here was the list mossman put up that I co-signed.:

Black Thought
Redman
Pharoahe Monch
Ras Kass
GZA
Elzhi from Slum Village
O.C.
Early Common from 94-2000
Chino XL
Lord Finesse
Brother Ali
Masta Ace

add in Vinnie & Jus at their primes, Pun, Esoteric, Canibus, Kool G... dozens more.

1) You've already lost by cosigning on Chino XL.

2) Your emcee stable is filled with one-trick ponies. No one on that list can transcend three genres of music like Mr. Callaway did (does), and the killer is -to this very day, he can spit with anyone you can name (none of this "in their prime" @#@%). And seein' as how you're the Rawkus Recordsversion of Premo55, go ahead and name anyone you want. It won't matter.

AZ?????

Cee Lo is an AMAZING MC, its good to see he's respected amungst his peers. I've echoed those exact sentiments when it comes to Cee Lo > Andre 3000
3000 was a no brainer
Eminem... He made some good points
Scarface... No brainer

I like the way he actually broke it down, the more you get into music (from an artists perspective) you begin to disect lyriricism, MCing, and rapping on adifferent level than the average consumer would . . .

I wonder why he didn't have Cube in Scarfaces spot tho

Chino mops the floor with Cee Lo

Sounds like cats weren't checking for 'Lo before St. Elsewhere dropped.. otherwise they'd be singing a different tune.

Cee lo is deff on the same level as "the top MC's"... I wouldn't say hes better then Andre though... (But Dre is #1 )

don't necessarily agree with his top 5
but i can respect the diversity
and i dig the way he broke it down too

This _ Nay stay hating on Constantine Tha God.

Like I always say...AZ is hands down the most underrated MC in Hip-Hop history.

KIller Mike is that dude and like Hazze been trying to preach to y'all for months....Pledge Allegiance to The Grind II was one of the best albums lastyear.

Soul Food?
How about Still Standing?
His performance on that album has to rank up there as some of the best individual rapping throughout a entire album(maybe top 5 but definitely top 10)...

Cee-Lo>>>Black Thought (I like thought...but lets be serious)
Cee Lo>>>Redman (If we were talking about pure spit Redman would get this...But i am talking about overall package (spit, flow, subject matter)
Cee Lo>Pharoahe Monch (Both up there)
Cee Lo>>>>Ras Kass (Dude had like 2 albums and fell the $$*% off lyrically)
Cee-Lo>GZA (Gza needs to fix that wack !!@ talking flow)
Cee-lo>>>>Elzhi from Slum Village (Elzhi's nice but come on now)
Cee-lo>O.C. (O.C.'s my boy to)
Cee-lo>Early Common from 94-2000 (Cee-lo bodied Common so badly on G.O.D. that every feature since has been one where he sings

)
Cee-lo>>>>>Chino XL (won't entertain this)
Cee-lo=Lord Finesse (Finesse gets a lot respect from me)

How so ? Strictly speaking on a lyrical level I can't think of anyone as overrated as Dre except maybe Jay-Z and Lupe.

and here's the thread: http://niketalk.com/topic/143754 Peep pages 4 and 5. Hazze said Cee Lo was in their league (at his prime) and "Cee Lo could go bar for bar with any of them".

Elizhi? Chino XL? Redman? Black Thought? Seems like you just namin' cats just to disagree. I got a lot of respect for some of those dudes you listed. Ithink Masta Ace is one of the most underappreciated mc's to ever flow. I still think he birthed Em's flow. Earlier flow anyway. Not that gibber gabber#%# he does now. Lupe and Jay overrated? We're gonna have disagreements on this site but any fan of hip hop can atleast agree that Cee-Lo and Dre 3000 arein the same class as SOME of the rappers above. Some of them shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence as Dre and Cee-lo.

Can't believe cats is hatin' on C-LO... they either young, ignorant, listen to Soulja Boy, or a combination of the 3 (since they all go in hand).

Me and my family moved in our apartment complex
A gate with the serial code was put up next
The claim that this community is so drug free
But it dont look that way to me cause I can see
The young bloods hanging out at the sto 24/7
Junkies looking got a hit of the blo its powerful
Oh you know what else they tryin to do
Make a curfew especially for me and you the traces of the new world order
Time is getting shorter if we dont get prepared
People its gone be a slaughter
My mind wont allow me to not be curious
My folk dont understand so they dont take it serious
But every now and then, I wonder
If the gate was put up to keep crime out or to keep our +$! in
