I agree with u Scott Hall to an extent....Snoop ain't got the best flow/delivery ever...but he is too smooth on every track he get on....
However I can name at least 5 or more with a better flow/delivery....
*Kiss (F*** riding a beat n**** I parallel park on the track)
*Rakim (Does anything really need to be said here)
*Pun (One of the nicest flows/deliveries I ever heard in my life...dude was lyrically gifted)
*BIG (Personally I feel BIG captivated every beat he was on)
*Kool G (You already know)
*Styles P. (Say what u will but this is a personal favorite of mine...Ghost's delivery IMO is insane)
I could have went on but I think the point is proven....Snoop gets a lot of respect from me but not that much

he's in the rap HOF and one of the top 25 rappers of all time easy.
and his flow is sick. we all grew up wanting to go smooth like snoop dogg.
but no not the best flow ever. and not now. he was ill with pac though.
