I buy and wear what I like, I watched the man win 6 championships and have stopped watchin b-ball since him and many other greats have retired. There is noother brand on the planet that has the following that Jb has and most of the shoes gain value even though they've been worn, they are a stylish wearableinvestment...my 2...
 
i rock jordan's because i love jordan and his legacy. And i grew up watching him play ball and wanted his shoes.
 
I buy and wear Jordans because the man was the best basketball player ever, plus he was a class act on and off the court. When you think of Air Jordans, allthat comes to mind is GREATNESS!
 
ive been watchin mj play since i wuz a shawty i used to idolize da guy the shoes bring back memories n they r easy on the eyes lol

i think its important not to forget what Michael did in his career and the significance all of his shoes have and respect them in that. at the same time if youpersonally dont like what the shoe looks like but jordan did this or did that in them doesnt mean you have to buy them. I wear jordans because they lookdifferent than every other shoe. even the newer jordans look different than most shoes...well most newer ones that is. I wear jordans because i choose to. ireally believe that if they where not as popular i would still be all over them regardless. Its important to know the hostory and significance but you have toremember too they are just shoes. they wont make you play like mike, he doesnt personally make every pair, he doesnt personally sign every pair, or anythignlike that. i guess what i am trying to say is that it is not really that important to know the history behind jordans career or the history behind the shoe andall the retro's, if you like it wear it, if you dont then dont.. plain and simple
 
i respect jordan so much and believe he is the best example and idol to everyone, he is the definition of an athlete. His shoes carried over that legacy, butnone the less i only wear what i like.
 
Save your money and stop buying kicks. Best decision I've made ever since I began collecting. Although, there's always that one pair that calls my nameonce in a while.

it's ok but if someones says something that's completely wrong about jordans and acts like he or she knows all about the shoes then it pissed me off

Couldn't of said it any better.........but it started with the love for Jordan himself and then it was like everything he wore on his feet wasthe hottest $#!+ we ever saw, all the while schoolin' everybody in the league. He's a trend setter, and the best ever. I just hope his brandfollow's his legacy................
 
i think most young people now buy them because of who he is even though most never even watched him play. just because its the thing to do. i rock them becausehe is the best ever and they what they look like. because i still refuse to buy the 15s because i think they are terrible

how? i dont condone hype an neither do i fall for it. i just like the kicks. its not that i dont know anything about them because i knowalot!!!!!In no way am I a noob in the game. I was just thinking about that after i saw a couple post of older NT members get on younger/new NT members for notknowing what they know. You will never catch me going to buy kicks just because everyone has them. I dont deal with fusions or spizikes. I own 1 pair ofDub-zero's. how is that being a hypebeast???
