You just have to be straight foward....period. And that tell them what they want to hear line is true as well....Just avoid those clingy/crazy broads and yougood.

If you just want to be FBuddies (or jump off) then put that out there and tell it like it is. That you aren't really looking for a relationship, but youwouldn't mind doing not-so-friendly activities.
You will be surprised at how far pure honesty will get you.

this never works. the chic will always catch feelings (atleast with me cause im great in bed) always been honest with chics from jump when i tellem i have a girl and i just wanna smash. now the chics dont care and think they can snatch u up from your wifey and then turn stalkerish. so pick your poison
 
Don't make her a priority, even if the box is on point. Plan as if you don't have the chick included and make sure you let her know that you're abusy dude, but if you feeling her ( tell her what she wants to here), then you'll make time for her.
