LOL at this bump. Really crazy to see how far DW has fallen off. When most people thought that he and Paul were 1A and 1B, I always preferred DW because he was better defensively and about the same offensively. Now, he might not be a top 20 PG while Paul is still top 3.

Only clueless people thought it was 1a and 1b. There was never any point in time when it was even remotely close between these two.

Yeah, you have no clue what you're talking about. CP3's best seasons absolutely dwarf Deron's. Deron at his best wasn't even as good as CP3 as a rookie, never mind at his peak.
In both their peek it was ALWAYS 1A / 1B.
Even in head to head match ups D-Will used to give him that work.
Deron can still mix and cook with the best of them.
Also Deron was never a plus defender. I don't know why people used to think that.

Only reason these two used to be compared so much is because they were taken 3rd and 4th in the same draft. It was never warranted based on their game.

There is no contest what so ever. DWILL will not win a ring. CP3 will. Do not discredit CP3's 2019' ring when he joins Lebron, Kyrie, The Greek Freek & Russ in Orlando....lol..... For real though!!
Comparing the two would be as comparing Gronk to Jimmy Graham (sorry seahawks brethren....the man is a bum w/ no heart lucky to be born with his physical attributes.) My buddies, the entire corner plaza section @ superdome, and myself all agreed that Graham had to go...to0 soft, no heart, just getting paid=Deron Williams
