Help!!! I might be getting scammed!!

ok so heres whats going on. I bought some shoes of ebay and i sent the payment through paypal and then the guy gave me this tracking number that isnt real andhe said he sent it through usps, so what can i do or what should i do?? and i have emailed him and he hasnt emailed me back.........

Chill out, how many days has it been?

Tracking #s are 20 digits long, he could have mistyped 1 number.

@ your avy. you probably got scammed though, maybe try getting paypal to refund your money?
 
how long has it been since he shipped the shoes? sometime the usps number wont show for 2-3 days
 
and also after i sent the payment the guy was no longer a registered user, and this is the tracking number he gave me "EE076900066CN". and he hasnt adifferent name on his paypal then on the email adress he sent me an email from. And i payed him on the 13th, oh and my avy thats my best friend hahahahah,thats not me
