Worst Jay-Z Album??? Vol. Kingdom Come EASILY

i agree 110% the only track i listen to is 'Kingdome Come' son couldve came back harder than that (pause)
 
once i heard the first few songs esp "OMG" and "Kingdom Come" i was amped..

the direction this %$% took was horrible.
 
Vol 3 is WAY better than KC.

Sure it had filler (Pop 4 Roc, S. Carter) ...but he just came off selling 5 mil and the HKL tour. i could forgive him for that. It was dumb ill besides themtracks..his style was "I know I'm nice and I just sold 5 mil. i dont give a uff"....."Tote guns to the grammys, pop bottles on the whitehouse lawn"...like who says that

KC...the dude was dropping the Grammy Fam freestyle beforehand and had MAD time to select better cuts.

Not to mention Vol 3 was bootlegged or w/e

i think the list would go something like this:

BP2 >>> KC >> Vol3
 
na i feel BP2 was pretty underrated if it had been only one disc with songs mainly from the Curse it wouldve been a classic
 
BP2 is the worst Jay album..... Mostly because it was a double album and my hand stays on the skip button.

If that album was cut down to a single cd it woulda been great

yeah, the tracks on BP 2.1 shoulda been the only ones released.

They left off like 2 of the best songs on the album off 2.1

for me Vol.2 is his worst album. had a bunch of hits and good songs, but not a good album.

agreed and with that siad vol 3 is easily the worst jay albulm. That song with mariah carey is one of the worse songs I have ever heard, too much filler itsjust a trash albulm and this is coming from a huge Jay-Z fan
 
Agree 100 percent.

Dude was retiring, and BA was solid. He had a mindset going in. Same with American Gangster. He had a mindset going in, and turned out good.

Kingdome Come, coming out of retirement was all over the place and as a result, was a mess.
 
While I agree KC is his worse, it is definitely not as bad as some people make it out to be.

He still comes through lyrically on that album, some great tracks, just not an overall solid album.
