I STILL Don't Understand Why This Album Gets Hated On...

truth about replay value.

i liked it when i first listened to it but havent had the need to put it back in my CD player.

If you take Wayne for what he is, then it's pure comedy. I zone in and out when I listen to him. He throws in some pretty good punchlines here and there(in between a lot of nonsense). He killed A Milli and 3 Peat IMO. LaLa was garbage. Worst song on the album. I woulda preferred if he put I'm Me and Gossipon C3. He goes hard (nh) on I'm Me IMO.

Take away the stans and the 15 year old girls and the album wouldn't be hated on as much. People care too much to about liking the same artist/music as ateenage groupie and don't want to be associated with that.

All his best work unintentionally leaked prior to the album; u cant fault him for not bringing a great album. You cant recreate a great album - 'aight, let me get back in that zone I was in...before all my music leaked'

. It's not happening; there's no on switch for that . Them C3 sessions - Drought 2 to be specific - were something special... If that made it to an album, it would of been ridiculous. After them leaks, having to start from scratch and come with anything even decent...he deserves the numbers he put up.

Them leaks were in December (November?). Wayne had four months to put out quality material. It isn't the fact that he can't recreate agreat album, it's the fact that he didn't care enough to put out quality material (or to hop off everything else's track and focus time on his ownmusic). Why? Because he knew he would push a million the first week regardless.

He definitely still has it in him, but he's on his rock star %#@# now, so can't nobody tell him nothing. He'll put it out and regardless of itsmerit, the masses will eat it up.
 
I tried to like it but i couldn't, the production was decent, good to ride around to but his voice is annoying. Most of his rapping doesn't make sense, sloppy verses. Probably the most overhyped album to ever drop

Plus this was the first full album he did with his "new" style. Wayne is using that Dipset style rap with a southern swag. I don't think ittranslates and it sounds ridiculous to me. You put that over anything and you'll get disappointment.

Ok.....go back and listen to C2....and even C1.....I think then youll understand why everyone includingmyself were disgruntled at dl this trash.

its a coo album i liked c1 and c2 better but if all the songs wouldn't have leaked this album would've been much better imo but the album was coo forwhat its worth no hate over here..
 
listen to C1, C2, then Dedication 1 & 2, Prefix, Suffix, etc and you will know why people think this album is lackluster. Wayne's rhyming skills gotworse
