Who lives like an owl? I havent been up between 6 am - 12 pm in a while

i work some wild hours and stay up late everynight so i really havent been up before noon in a very long time.
 
I used to. I'd be getting home when the sun was rising but now I have to be a responsible adult

I used to have messed up sleep patterns, especially when i was in college. Since I work nights a lot, I tend to sleep the day away. It's not healthy tho,IMO. I try to get in bed no later than one and sleep no later than 10. Can't sleep your life away.
 
i cant do nothin during the day sunlight hurts my eyes after the sun goes down is when i handle all my business.
 
When I didnt have a job I use to sleep the wierdest hours...all 24 hours of the day were utilized on any given day.
 
i still do this on some weekends...but i have to be "an adult" during the week
 
When I was workin', my hours were so wack......I had no sleepin' schedule, I just slept when I got off. Now that I'm laid off, I go to sleep atlike 8am and wake up at like 2pm.
 
i stay up all night so then by the time i get out of school/work i end up takin a nap which will keep me up through the night again continuing a never endingcycle...smh
 
Same here I go into work every day at 4 and usually work until 10-11. It takes me a while to wind down and the next thing I look and it is 4:00 am. Lately Ihave been going to bed around 6:00 which really sucks.
 
I don't go to sleep until 2-3AM and wake up at around 10-11AM. My 2 classes start at 4PM and 7PM.

My sleep pattern is done. I don't get home from work till like 1:30 every night and by the time i get settled and in bed all of a sudden its 3am and I goteither an 8 or 11am class

. All I do nowadays are 2-3 hour naps everymorning and sleep all day either Sat. or Sun.
 
it a bad habit man. working 12:30 - 9, with the likely hood of working OT every night, is a sure reason why i'm up till bout 4, 5 in the AM.

looking to fix up my sleep patterns, by waking up around 8 or 9 on days that i work & hit the gym. rather than hoping i dont get out late of work so i canstill workout before they close. . .
