Ask for a blood or urine test. That q-tip is one of the worst pains I've ever felt. I shiver just thinking about it.

Yeah I went in for a regular physical exam and they asked me if I wanted to test for STD's and they just used my blood and urine.

The worst pain you'll feel is the prick from a needle in your arm.
If a doctor attempts to stick a q-tip in your junk, leave, and never go back to that clinic/hospital again.
