So what kinda stuff do yal do at work that your boss will straight
mad.gif
if hefound out?

Only thing I do now is go to the bathroom and chill for a few minutes like im taking a *#%* even though I don't have to and I just text people and checkespn.com for updates on scores. Back in the day me and my coworkers used to just milk the clock for hours by taking 2 or 3 breaks without clocking out andtaking our time to finish up when management left. I like to get outa there asap now so I don't do that kinda stuff no more.

Other stuff coworkers used to do: clock friends in and out of shifts on their days off, steal bottles of liquor, joyride the golf carts and tip em over/stealthem, and steal frozen lobster and steak.

What are your stories?

I work at a country club btw

I work in Information Technology, so nothing really. Today, I kind of costed a colleague his job though, because I do it so much better. Since we arecontractors who work for the Army, we don't work in the same building as our best. We are dispatched or contracted out to the locations where we areneeded, and each have our own brigades, buildings, or general areas we support. Well, he is always shamming, going to the movies, going home early, etc. andthe people from his unit have been complaining about him and always come to me when they need to get something done. Today the Civilian supervisor finally gotmad about it and said she's going to email our real boss and tell him to get another IASO, which basically means he is going to get fired since Fort Sillis the only IT contract we do. So, I costed him, idk 60k or whatever he was getting paid because it's pretty much written in stone.

When I was at UPS though, I used to routinely break or rip open packages, usually by accident but occassionally on purpose. Most of the time it was the faultof whoever packaged the items.

Im a security guard and I do nothing all day on the weekends. My job can literally be done by a sign. but weekdays a different story supervisor is on site.

he wont be fired. THey are just now startin the paper trail. i bet he could continue what he's doing for another year before somethin happens.in the contractor world, they say it takes an act of congress to get people fired....

hmm let's see I work for a Ben & Jerry's

-Scoop myself ice cream ( basically stealing)
-Hook up everyone with extra ice cream
-Fall asleep on the register
-Play "inappropriate" music on the radio (songs that have swearing)
-Eat the ice cream toppings by themselves
-Make myself waffle cones to just eat.
-Give away ice cream to people I know
-Each customer gets a different side of me (i.e high voice, super low bassy voice, british accents, filipino accents etc)

take extra long bathroom breaks (Thats mostly when I was on NT), go have conversations mostly about sports with everybody on different floors and sometimesjust go outside for air

Well I work at a golf course and I clean all the carts and $%*$ (aka spray them with a hose), but me and my boys like to get drunk while we're working
laugh.gif
. Oh yeah and I flip golf carts too

Basically chill in the break room like 2-3 times a shift pretending i'm on break. I'm usually back there for like 20-30 minutes too.

Nah, it's the opposite. Contractors have much less (i.e no) job security than if I were Civilian Service, like a regular GS employee.

It should also be noted we have both been on the job just less than 6 months, and they guy I mentioned hasn't even gotten his certifications and done theonline training to get his I.A.S.O account, which you have to have to have administrator level rights when you log into any computer. So, there are tons ofthings he couldn't do anyways even if he knew how to, and was willing. I have mine and I have a remote desktop program called Dameware, so I can remoteinto any computer on the entire base and have admin level rights (mostly anyways, they also have a policy server which grays out some settings). I promise you,if she calls Jackie at the office, he's gone. If she calls the lead IASO, he is a nice guy and they were both in the Army together, he might spare him andnot tell Jackie and say just to step up, but Jackie will of this dude.

edit: Oh yea I'll post pics of my desk setup and how I bring my own laptop to work so I can be on NT, Youtube, Myspace, and the 80% of the internet that isblocked.

eff that, ima security guard. everything about my job is lazy lol. in fact right now im at work and im bumping some tunes while on my lap top with ma feet upon the desk

Lol at everything in here, pure comedy. I work at Dunkins and I eat everything in site, I sit in the back and let my co worker do all the work. Go sit outsideand chill on my sidekick and be on NT lol. Purposely mess up on the inventory count, telling customers how bad the food is, throwing away food that is stillgood. I absolutely hate Dunkins, worst people there. Mess around with the white chick who works with me, only if I could get it in while at work. Cameras FTL!

We use to be able to go on the laptop till some fool working the overnight shift thought it be a good idea to hit up ********

I have no job now fml
But I used to work for dc the skate shoe company and I used to sit on the sliding ladder all day high as hell. I got away with it cuz I also sold the most whenI felt like moving or was bored.

basically using my cell phone and sitting around sometimes when i should be working

I recently started bringing my PSP to work, movies and games on the job.

It's pretty sad that people go to school for 4, 6 even 10 years just to end up in a place they don't want to be in.
smh.gif

I work as a skate guard, so I just skate in circles for each skating session for two hours. Talk about having fun and earning money for it. Then hook upfriends/family with free rental skates/admission. Icing people who fall on the ground also
