How time flies....Air Jordan XX appreciation post vol. 4 years already?!

i have stealths, midwests and the cdp....
very nice shoe, and good to ball in....
only thing i hate, is when the strap like pinches your ankle a bit, when playin ball....

would have loved to cop some stealths but i'm happy with my pair, i agree that its a pain to put on but it makes up on oncourt performance, only wear mineto play hoops in.
 
anyone got pics of themselves wearing them, becuase the strap thing seems so weird to me and i could never imagine myself in them
 
I used to be a XX basher...and to an extent I still am. But I copped the III/XX CDP in October, which I primarily purchased for the III's....but afterputting on the XX for the first time I was amazed on how light and comfortable they felt.

I wouldn't consider these in my top 5 Air Jordans of all time but I have definitely gained a new appreciation for them. Still, what has always bothered meis the gimmicky velcro ankle strap. What purpose does that really serve?

But I do think the XX looks great on the feet with a pair of jeans, but I'm not sold on the look with shorts. Who knows...I might even cop the QS and BlackStealth colorway in the near future even. I kinda like these now.

I had a pair of Quickstrike XX, and I have a pair of DS XX 3/4. The XXs just felt very weird and they looked weird the handful of times I wore them before Isold them. I might be in the minority....but I like the XX 3/4 alot. Subtle details, no velcro strap, the embossed upper......its a perfect casual shoe for thespring/summer
 
I really love the XX's. I really need the QS and stealth's in my life. Anybody got a size 12 DS in either

My Dad bought me the QS XX's. I hated them at first, started liking them. I wore them maybe three times, gave them to my best friend. Last year I wanted apair SOOOO BAD and called my friend up, who said he sold them
