Are you stupid? The pizza is gonna get refunded, but he bought almost $300 worth of shoes on my card also. I was close to being out of money completely. Whoknows what else he would have bought with the card? If he bought anything else over $30 it would have sent me into overdraft, which would mess up my credit.

you ought to be on they lines in 6.5 hours homie. should be pretty easy to rectify because im sure they haven't shipped the shoes outyet, and as long as you call early they can probably get the shipping cancelled and you may not have to escalate the situation to your CC company. otherwise,once those bad boys get shipped, the site definitely won't want to cancel or refund and you'll have to go through more hassle

EDIT: i read incorrectly - Sneakerhead does accept cc payment(non-paypal)...was tripping last night and read shoetrends.
also if he bought something on shoetrends, then he must have went through your Paypal since that's the only cc payment they accept. and that's a wholeother animal you have to deal with, paypal account frozen possibly.

I just got back from the bank. They made me fill out a police report before they could even help me get any money back. I ended up calling Sneakerhead.com andthey said it was just cancelled. Now I'm waiting to get my money back. We'll see what happens.
