i def agree with your decision to not fight ol buddy based on what you're telling us. most of these people dont really know what its like to be in yourshoes. im sure at this point, ball is your livelihood, so you did the right thing. situation was easy to rectify though cuz you caught it quick. you shouldbe good with the money situation id imagine

Dude, call the bank and let them know what went down and have your teammate arrested.
Thats the only way he'll learn.
If you don't, you're just allowing it to happen again.
Let him get the message, just know that this is gonna effect your relationship with him being on the team.

To make a long story short, my cousin stole my identity, now I'm pressing charges and have him arrested.
If I don't, he's gonna keep doing it until I'm completely screwed
Son, my so called cousin stole my driver's liscense while we were at my grandfather's funeral in Minnesota... my cousin lives in CO.
I didn't realize it was gone till a few weeks later since we drove to MN.
Recently I went to the DMV to get a duplicate because I couldn't find my spare and they told me I couldn't get one because of an unpaid trafficviolation in CO which I haven't been there since I was 13.

Today dude's dapping me up like it's all good. I don't think he knows that I know though. The card has been canceled. The only reason I didn'tsay anything today is because I want him to try to use the card again.

UPDATE- Today the detective called me and talked to me for a little bit. He ended up calling my coach and telling him. I had a meeting with coach today and hesaid the detective is giving me 2 options; Drop it or press charges. What should I do?

Press charges, they wanna act shady towards you, let them have it. Call me a snitch or a rat I could careless, because what he did was straight up crossing theline. Couldn't honestly see myself ripping off a friend or an associate.

confront them and tell them to repay you and return all the stuff they ordered. If they dont comply then you gotta do whats in your best interests which isgetting your money back. My only concern is your teammate having a criminal record with a credit card fraud. Thats going to haunt him for the rest of his lifeminor or not. Only you really know how cool you guys are with each other. Give him a chance to come clean, you guys are just kids.
