I thought Can I Get A... was fire. Jay killed that verse, and that beat is just crazy. And thats when Ja was hot, ppl was lovin his verse too. and still tothis day when that song comes on in a prty, shorties get hype for Amil verse

By best single I think the OP is referring to Jay's best radio single. With that in mind I'm surprised nobody has mentioned "I Just Wanna LoveU", that song will be played years down the road without doubt. The other two would have to be either "Hard Knock Life" and "BigPimpin".
