And the breakup was partly jay's fault, and yea jay is probably shady, but you guys are not multimillionairs, you guys dont own businesses at his level orinvest the amount of money he does into other things. So you might night understand he can't be just a nice guy. Most successful people at his level areshady and foul acting but its part of the reason how they got their and still there.

I mean i've heard a ton of stories about diddy just being crazy but look at his networth.

To quote my man barksdale and stringer, "it just bidness".

Jay did not like the way business was being conducted, and if some of it was personal oh well, the personal aspect affected the business which ultimately makesit still bidness.

a lot of people were at fault, but in the end it should be water under the bridge.

You can't make them type of moves, without Jay's consent...that's wild disrespectful. Y'all had a family and that man was the cash cow.

Roc-a-Fella was family....then Dame brought in his own outside family with their own culture and way of doing things...he let them _s run wild, outside of the Roc umbrella and he suffered for it. They got hot...he got, got.

Everyone on State Prop repped the Roc religiously, they added to the brand and had good personal relationships.
Kanye repped repped the Roc hardbody eventhough he had his own Good Music label...he added to the brand and played his position.

i think that alot of this kanye and jayz talk has alot to do with personality jay comes off more laid back and chill and kanye is way more vibrant and almostsocial

I think what he was saying is that the verse doesn't exist anymore, as in Cam told Guru to erase the actual recording.

Knowing Jay, he probably reused it somewhere on his next album.

regardless, an empire fell. how sad. music hasn't been the same since.

Went to the concert and only ones that performed was Jay Bleek, Freeway and Young Guns, and it was a short set... pissed everyone off, people was waiting tosee the Dips... it was 2004 4th of july the Pistons had just won the ring, and Jay was talkin bout it and big upping Rip and Sheed.

I go back to the hotel (Athenium) and see the Pink RR in the front, im confused cuz only 1 ##!#! in the world got a pink range..... true enough Cam standing infront of the hotel, couldn't get a room.... lol
But dude was the coolest celeb I ever met, we sat outside and talk to dude for a couple hours, smokeed with him, and in conversation he knew NOTHING about whoperformed... he said "Yo talk to ya man Jay... we here... talk to Jay... that camal lookin N')
I knew from then Cam was gonna diss Jay, he couldn't stand Jay but he knew he had to get off from under the Roc first.

Btw.... JR writer was outside and didn't get NOOOO chicks. Im 100% sure Cam had to send some chicks to writer rom... he is so quiet and scary acting...
Cam was mad annoyed that chicks was acting like it was a force field around us... they were looking from a distance and scared to walk up, and saying "Omgis that camron?"

Thats a dope story. Cam on the Isle With the Pink Range Rover....dude got heart. It get crazy out there at times.
 
Everybody talks about Dipset members not doing anything, it's not like State Prop is in much better shape. Those guys had zer0 business acumen and now arenowhere to be found. I think the Dips should be commended for their proactive initiative that leaves these guys still somewhat relevant. Had they put all theirstock in the Roc like SP...they'd be like Oschino in the bootleg spot admitting he takes hand outs from Dame (look up "OSCHINO DISS RECORD/INTERVIEWDISSIN' JAY-Z & BEANIE SIGEL")
