Go listen to Jay-Z on "Da Graveyard" or some of his other rare tracks from the early 90's and then listen to him after he changed it up.

Not even. I like plenty of mainstream, commercially successful artists, but you would be kidding yourself telling me that Jay hasn't fallen off or watereddown his music to appeal to a wider audience. I can't blame him for wanting to make money, but if you go all out for sales and forget the quality of yourwork I can't respect you as a rapper, much less call you "the most consistent of all-time" when plenty of people who can easily murder you on themic have been doing this for years and had flew slip ups if any.

You dudes are ridiculous laughing at the thought of Masta Ace. Dude IS one of Hip Hops most consistent artist, by far. Jay is very consistent as well but IDKif I'd put him in the top.

All are just as consistent. Call me crazy but so far, I haven't seen a solo rapper as consistent as Kanye . Dude hasn't made one album below greatness.Same goes for Kast.
