*%$, I can't stop drinking soda.

I don't drink 4 a day but I need to slow down. I remember I lost about 12-15lbs my first semester in college by giving up soda.

I used to drink soda a lot, but wanted to change my diet so I did this... Bought soda water and all natural juices and made my own soda.. then eventuallypretty much stopped drinkin soda

Too sweet and lacks that satisfying burn-your-throat experience.

i didnt have soda for so long I grew to not like the taste of it so much. A cactus cooler every now and then is good though.

bah.... no such thing as cant

you choose not to.

switch from coke to diet coke. if its hard mix them. then switch from that to water

this worked for me:

I stopped keeping soda or any other equivalent in the house, so all i had was water...

now i probably drink a couple cans of soda a month

I been Pop Free for 2 weeks....hard the first few days felt like a junkie trying to quit crack or something. Now just water and other stuff. At the bardon't even mix your henny with the coke...drink it straight up brah.

You'll develop gallstones if you don't cut that out.

Maybe that'll teach you to drink less soda, more water.

you know what 1 gram of sugar is??? its roughly equal to one PACKET of sugar.

Imagine eating 38-40 packets of sugar = 1 can of soda

Eating 152 - 160 packets of sugar = 4 cans of soda

RIP.

DO NOT SWITCH TO DIET, diet sodas are just as bad if not worst then regular sodas. The chemicals and artificial ingredients used to make zero calories arehorrible for your health. Try switching to natural juices then eventually to water, it will take time but you can do it.

I use to drink a lot of soda, like 4 cans a day and got tired of being overweight. I completely stopped the soda, ate healthier, and exercised. I lost 85pounds when i was done. Now i strictly drink water and juice and only have soda maybe once every two weeks.

i see kidney stones in your future fam better stop now and jump on that milk/water tip
