It looks like the exact chair in the report is no longer sold, but I found this one on the website and they all seem to be made with the same dangeous designflaw

Look at the front legs. They swing freely and look in place when rotated into positon forward as you see them in the photo. Well, when you're not sittingin the chair and there is no weight applied, they unlock and bend backwards, from the top of the legs. So then you sit down on it and apply weight while forwhatever reason having your hands underneath, perhaps scooting it forward, and that makes them fold back and lock in place, and slice, finger gone.
 
i saw this on the news, idk what channel but its a section called shame shame, and some guy was trying to talk to martha and she just drove away, people cutthem selves by putting their fingers under the chair when sitting and the legs go up, something like a guillotine (sp)
