well my geography teacher told me something about how Palestine was created, but wasnt named Palestine due to British decision making or something of the sort
i think it was Jordan that was originally wanted to be named Palestine, but the British chose Jordan because of the Jordan River

Ofcourse Israel (VERY INCREDIBLY strong lobby in the U.S) is going to control the way to common person think in our country.
During their last offensive on Gaza no foreign journalists were allowed access to Palestine, this also included all foreign aid (red cross, any and allhumanitarian efforts were denied to those war torn people!!!!.)
Conduct your own research google videos of how Palestinian civilians are treated in their own land, almost like present day Native North American Indians..

Exactly. The current Israeli's moved into what the Country was once called, Palestine.
Therefore, the Israel is EXTREMELY wrong. The Palestinians are only fighting for what is rightfully theirs. And fighting with what they have.

Is there any controversy? According to international law, there is hardly any. Israel is illegally occupying Palestinian land and strangulating their economy and way of life. That is unquestionable.
And while religion is intertwined in the conflict, it's not clear-cut. Palestinian Jews, Christians, and Muslims suffer equally.

It depends on what you mean by "to blame."
Originally, you could say that the first wrongs were done by the Zionists. Clearly it was wrong to try and create a new state on land that had an indigenouspopulation living there for centuries already.
Over the last few 40-60 years it's been quite arguable who has been wrong or right in many situations. Is it right for Palestinians to use terroristtactics against civilian targets? Of course not, but when you are forced to that point and you have no other choice it is again, arguable.
Is Israel wrong for it's many incursions into foreign land? (ex. Gaza, Lebanon) Of course not, but they can also be seen as defending themselves. Howevertheir disproportionate retaliation is disgusting and bordering on criminal.
Clearly Israel is not right when they build and expand settlements in the West Bank, when they have been asked to halt the building for there to be any chanceof peace. It's also frustrating when they ask the Palestinian people to stop attacking them and paint them as the bad guys, while they still build andexpand their settlements which is a crucial part of the peace process.
I could go on for days about other things such as how the proposal at Camp David was basically a slap in the face to the Palestinians granting them a statewhere Israel controled the sea around it, the air above it, and the water below it, and how a one state solution can only happen with Israeli Apartheid inaffect.
What you can say is, no one is completely right in the situation, but Israel is clearly more wrong.

But I lean towards Palestine beingright based on the slant for Israel because if Palestine sneezes wrong and Israel attacks it is Palestines fault even if Israel throw pepper at Palestine'snose (weird analogy but sort of fits)

Agreed 100%. They should of split Germany in half and gave one half to Jews or figured out some other way to establish a Jewish state withoutremoving a group of people that did nothing wrong.
