This is how I see it...
If North Korea ever summons up the audacity to launch a nuke/missile on any Country that is even remotely associated with the United States (OR heck anycountry period), all hell will
break lose. I just don't see NK being stupid enough to do this...

Even Russia had their jets flying by their borders in case something reaches their territory.
I feel like they're taking tests to see what their technology could do if they do decide to launch an attack somewhere. They launched a"Satellite" a couple years back and no one has ever been able to find it since. So it'll be definitely interesting how things shape up within thenext couple of years. There are already talks of Kim Jong's son being the next person to rule, but since it's a communist country, 99% of the votingballots were for the North Korean Dr. Evil.

They do it to get concessions and such from other countries during talks and whatnot.

N.Korea can hit the entire Western Seaboard of the U.S. But, they will not go so far as 100% to the wall because China, Japan, and the U.S. have already statedthey are on guard. Il knows he is in a lose situation if he tries it.

Then explain where North Korea's first satellite ended up? Not one country has been able to trace it since it was launched a couple yearsback.
