2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe or 2005 Acura TL?

I don't have any pics here at work of my interior so I grabbed one from the net. The major difference was the center stack layout. Also, theinterior has aluminum trim as opposed to the cheap plastic trim. The carpets are actually charcoal/black instead of that lighter gray. Both driver andpassenger seat are fully automatic. The gauges are electro-luminescent so they are brighter and "disappear" when you turn the car off. The clock wasrelocated to between the air conditioning displays so the dash has a cleaner appearance. Tilt and telescoping steering wheel. I know these seem like minorthings, but I just felt that the interior on the 03-04's was much cheaper looking.

LOL @ some dude saying TL is a gas guzzler. so what does that make the G?

my dad's 2000 TL gets 32mpg all highway and maybe ~22 average driving and my dad guns it a lot. the G will probably get like 16-18mpg all around which isterrible. although gas isn't 4.50/gal anymore, it can still happen and i would rather have the TL.

+1. The 03/04 interiors on the G suck. 05 and up are much better, but thats not saying much. If the interior is a big thing for you, then the TLis definitely the better choice. My friend has an 03 TL and his navi is touch screen..my 07 G still has a freakin analog stick lol. But everything else besidesthe interior...G>>>>>>TL.

I'd get a TL over a G sedan but between the coupe and TL, it's a toss up.

The interiors on the V35 G are pretty bad for a car in its category but that's a given coming from a near bankruptcy.
Most people can't distinguish the difference between FWD and RWD under normal driving
TL 270HP. G 260HP (pre-2005) So no advantage there.
TL looks classy, G sedan looks cheap, G coupe is sexy.

pics of the TL posted are nice. but let's be real. those got thousands of mods on them. im guessing OP would not be spending that much money to mod hiscar. with that said, stock g35> stock TL IMO in terms of looks. but the TL is still nice tho. would be a toss up depending on how much you are willing tospend on gas and the 4door vs 2door part.

I'd say G35 as well. They're fun to drive and if you really wanted to do some minor mods to make it stand out, its not that expensive. I agree with05+>>>>03,04 model. I feel like the G is nicest looking coupes on the road especially in their price range. Cant go wrong with a G.

Wow, I actually meant to type, "One of the nicest". Honestly I think the CL65 is the best looking coupe on the road but any coupe thatfalls into the G35 price range is not as nice IMO. The 6 is a very nice car (even tho iDrive is lame and it only has 1 cup holder). I'd take a 6 over a GBUT its not even in the same price range. But lets not Hi-Jack is thread. G35>>>>TL

TL all day.
Im got an 04 im getting 23 mpg city and on the hwy i'm getting around 32-34 mpg.
Here is a pic of mine with just some rims, otherwise stock.
