Question about Family Guy

I dont really watch the show too often but had a question about it. I know Brian the dog can understand when Stewie talks, but I was wondering if the parentsor anyone else undertands when stewie talks?
 
im pretty sure they understand him but they just brush it off cause he's a baby, also baby stewie conversed with future stewie

Yes, in the fall.

Stewie has always had those gay tendencies, like when he always dreamed about being out at sea in the Navy.

yeah it has like when he told brian he had something on his lip and wiped it off with his finger and when brian walked off stewie rubbed his finger inside hismouth

I have read before that the family CAN'T understand Stewie and every episode I've seen has proven that to be true EXCEPT ONE. They respond to hisactions all the time, not exactly what he is saying. Brian understands him though. I'm pretty sure about all of this.

It's for sure that Brian can fully understand him. But the family I think can kind of understand him, but with Lois especially, she kind of shrugs it offas kidding and just gets him whatever he wants. And yes the point of the whole gay thing is that we're not sure if he's gay or not. He has hadrelationships with girls, but he does fantasize about Rupert, the navy and has done some pretty gay things in general.
