i know what u mean, but i occasionally glance off to avoid looking psycho. staring at someone in the eyes constantly during a 15 minute conversation is not agood look.

True, but this statement shows how much you know about women... Physical is truely only about 30% of attraction or maybe even less when it comes to a lot ofwomen. You have to bring something else to gtd or even hold her attention.
