What other drums are out there currently being used by producers? Me personally, I've been just using random ones that sound decent together, but I like toexperiment with other kits as well.

Real drum kits for rock, jazz etc... Which is a live drum set but put thru diff reverbs and filters to make the sound for that certain genre

Linn drum sounds are becoming increasingly popular. Those old drum machines from the 80s usually have the grimiest, most primitive drums. That's why Ilove them so much.
