kinda nice that your buddy dodged a DUI, but he shouldn't have been driving...he's lucky he didn't hit anyone (regardless of if he was really drunkor just buzzed).

There has to be more to the story than that. Cops dont justdraw their guns and tell the guy to get his face on the pavement for a DUI....especially if he was able and willing to take tests (most of which he passed you say). He must have gotten violent or something.
i wont get into all the detail, but i heard them talking saying he was racing, and was wreckless driving...then dude started to get a little violent afterwords
