Are any liberals directly afraid of conservatives?

We were in class discussing guns and the man who last summer wanted to "kill all the liberals" and the topic eventually turned political. I'venoticed all presidents that were killed had progressive or "liberal" views not including influential leaders like X and MLK... With all the rightwingers afraid of having their guns taken away does this scare you? This question is strictly of people who identify themselves as "liberals."

no. im not exactly protesting and all that. so i doubt a gun wielding conservative would just star shooting ppl he thinks are liberal. Sadly leaders that rpolitically liberal are targets to these people. Its because people fear change, especially change into what we dont know yet. If somepne were to strip awayrights for women to vote, there would be protest but no assassination. if someone were to give gays equal rights......

what rights are liberals taking besides the right to bear arms? Besides there needs to be some control on gun violence. Its more common thatconservatives dont want to give rights to others not the other way around

pretty much the exact opposite, i actually find myself wanting to fight conservatives quite often.
 
It seems like it sometimes, some guy in Berkeley almost got his %$+ whooped by a veteran a few weeks ago when I was out there, Moderates FTW!

Socialism and communism are the extreme of the left side.
Far right would be facism.

Overall you cannot connect conservatism and liberalism with these specific groups, Even though Barack is pretty far left, near socialism status. Extreme is howthe person goes about things, not the party.

A conservative are for those that adhere to principles of limited government, personal responsibility and moral values.

to only label conservatives as extreme and hostile is idiotic, those that do go to extreme levels arent even being conservative anymore when they take it thatfar.

Well I have a mixture of liberal/conservative views.Both ends are closed minded to a certain degree and that hurt America in the long run to the point where wedo not plan effectively everything is yes/no right off the bat.

But what I do notice about extreme conservatives,they hold on to the Constitution for dear life without acknowledging this is a different day.

I mean,I don't have issue with gun control,all weapons should be tracked,but some take this as guns being taken away from everyone and don't researchthe subject.It is not 1787 anymore,well have fully automatic weapons that clear a school in a classroom in a matter of minutes.

Or like gay marriage that should not be an issue in this day and age,it is too time consuming,people been gay since people been straight.Now I do believe thatBisexual Men is wrong and it should be a jailable offense,based on the fact you are a man,it is either one on the other.And sex changes should be banned,if youare born a male or a female,you stay that way!

As a country we have to emphasize Morals and Integrity,instead of people hiding behind religion and 18th century ideals and move forward,and that has tostarting from the government on down.
