How long did from when you shipped them the shoes did you get a response back and if they do a product replacement is it the same exact pair except brand new?

I think the nikebiz website states that you can expect a reply in 4 to 6 weeks, but it's almost always been faster than that. I've never had Nike senda replacement pair. The always send an e-mail with a code for Nike credit in the amount of the msrp of the returned shoe. The last pair I sent back were theZoom Kobe 1's that had a ripped eyestay, and within 3 weeks I had a Nike.com credit (which can also be used at outlets and Niketown brick-and-mortarstores) for $140, the msrp of the shoe. I had paid $50 during a Footlocker F&F weekend for the shoes. Not a bad deal. As long as the complaint islegitimate, Nike will stand by their product and give you Nike credit for the original retail price.

good luck man, i've heard people doing this & getting a replacement of the shoe if its still around & if its not, they will send a voucher. keep usupdated on this. i have a few pairs that i haven't owned for awhil & seem to just tear right up

whatever happened to shoe goo...glue that back together and go back to the court....

You shouldn't have to buy shoe goo, Nike should step up their quality if soles are peeling off the bat like that
