Help me get started with DJing -computer programs, equipment, etc

Whats good NT? I wanna look into DJing. Every time I go out, its the same wack tracks at the bars or clubs by my place. I know I got better rotations thanmost of the cats out there. I never really played around with software besides playing around with Virtual DJ. I know theres gotta be better software outthere. By the way, I have a HP PC, NO Mac! Are there any tutorials to learn how to mix, etc? Also, what equipment will I need as far as mixers/turntables? Money really isn't an issue, but I'd rather learn quicker, so I would think not using turntables to start out at least would be a little easier. Anygood sites out there for me? Props
