I love direct tv except when there are storms in the area. Well it stormed Friday night. Since then the picture has been in and out. At times its working andothers it aint. Customer service aint really helped either. I'm thinking about switching. Any sugguestions??

i had the same problem here with dish network. picture was always going in and out when it rained. finally switched to comcast digital cable.

..........but.........DirecTV w/ DVR FTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm about to roll up, have aglass of wine, and watch all of Spiderman's Secret Wars (yes, the cartoon from the 90s) back to back. My life > your life.

It's a catch 22 but DirecTV FTW I hate going to the fams house and they have doo doo Time Warner I'll take not having tv during rain or snow over onlyhaving 40 channels anyday

I had my dish installed off the face of my deck rather than the roof. So I can just mosey on out and brush the snow off. Problem solved
