Last night, I didn't get much sleep (5 hours). Today I have to study for a big exam tomorrow. I'll be groggy all day but I gotta fight through it andcover the material. The exam is early in the morning tomorrow. How can I make sure this won't happen again? I'm gonna need some sleep tonight orI'm gonna be a zombie tomorrow

5 Hours of sleep, for me, is the perfect amount of sleep for an exam. That way I can maximize review time, but still feel decently rested for the exam. Also, usually I'll get some sort of caffeine in my system about 30 minutes prior to the exam.

Take ONE tylenol PM, roll up, and smoke. You'll be dead before you ash the blunt a 3rd time. Works for me 5 times a week

Hmm, I don't have any Tylenol PMs OR anything to smoke. My friend recommended that I actually try to beat it, recharge for 15 mins, and repeat untilI'm actually shooting blanks

going to bed in the evening, wake up early am.ready to dominate

I find that doing all the necessary studying in the few months before the exam helps me sleep well.

I used to do a little revision the day before and then stop about dinner time and then read a book or watch a movie or something and try to be in bed about 10.

When I was in College, for big exams I never slept.. pull All-Nighters at the Library. For small exams just sleep regular wake up an hour earlier

That's smart. You must have good long term memory though.
