Delaying going to bed...

Because you don't want to get up for school or work tomorrow.. who does this? I've been doing this on the regular lately..

goin to bed at 3 or 4 when you know damn well you gotta get up early.

then you tell yourself you won't do it again the next night... but you still do

ive been doing the opposite...im sleepy at like 930 and tell myself to sleep or nap...but its 12 now gotta get up at 7

Story of my life. Every morning I wake up and say "I'm definitely going to bed at like 9 tonite."

Never happens. And when that alarm goes off at 5:45, I hate myself.

i feel like i'm going to miss out on something if i go to bed. the only thing i'm missing out on is a restful day.

I'm doing it right now, but got nothing to do tomorrow. I used to do this junior year of high school when I had to be up at 5:15am

Story of my life as well. Sometimes I'll be dead tired and just fight it as much as I can for no good reason. It's not even that I don't want towake up in the morning it's like I feel like I'll miss something if I sleep. I've been like this ever since I was a little kid. And if I nap even 2minutes during the day, I'll be up ALL night literally.
 
i just do it from surfing NT and jumping from music videos on Youtube. most of the time i dont realize im doing it

"im going to bed at the top of the hour so i can sleep __ hours" and then you dont go to bed til 3 hours later,
sometimes after doing this so much, like the 3rd day in a row ill get home n go to bed like at 8pm, yest i fell asleep at 830pm and woke up this morning at 6am
 
i do it with out intention. But I do it... I also feel that if I go to sleep ill miss something.!
