something like that *$*% happened to me back in high school. i dont know how it came about but when i put tissue over it and pulled the tissue off, some stuffcam out of my skin. nasty *$*%
 
I had to leave that string in my arm for 3 days then slowly pull it out. You get a weird feeling in your guy when there is a hole in your arm.
