Yep. That's the story. Used to smoke after school at a tree (or maybe a playground). That's really it. Potheads thought it was genius andnow it's obviously important to them. Of all the reasons to find an important date, "some kids smoked weed under a tree after school." Realhistoric

Prop 420 was the prop that legalized medical marijuana, I always thought that was the significance of it
