"not" being able to drink liquor

i'm on super strong meds for a skin condition and i can't drink for like the next 7 months. the meds affect my liver so drinking will do double damageto it which isn't probably that great to begin with. it's been over 20 days since my last drink and i'm parched as hell. i'm no alcoholic butas denzel washington would say in traing day "damn i'm thristy." hopefully i can hold out.

anybody else like to drink but had to hold out for some time?

i usually hold out sunday-wed....unless it's football season, where i then proceed to try and hold out tues-wed. good luck!

I hate the taste of alcohol, but being drunk is fun.

If I could get drunk without taking numerous shots then I would.

i had to hold out 10 days for some anti biotics but 7 months? damn. what about weed can you smoke?

7 months is a long time especially if you go out to clubs or parties but your health should be motivation

Seven months? Thats insane man, I'm an alcoholic myself and do enjoy all kinds of beer.

Yo my dude are you on acutane cause I'm thinking about asking my doctor to prescribe me it but if it means giving up alchol for more than half a year idunno

yeah man i woke up a couple of months ago with an ulcer. not a good feeling. went to couple of docs...both told me to take some meds and lay off the alcohol.been almost 2 months now...it gets a bit easier as it goes along. first couple of weeks was TOUGH though

I drank about 3-4 times on accutane, had me tossed!

but dont make it a habit..

it's not like alcohol even tastes good

My roommate is on some ashthma medication that you cant drink with. in 2009 we have only drank enough to count on one hand. We use to top that in one week!
