Also AT&T are building more Towers so they can standardize 3G.

well, i've been an iphone user since day one (former apple employee) and i cannot WAIT for this technology to come through. 3g disappointed me in a lot ofways. it didn't seem like it was 'twice' as fast as edge, and i live in a pretty 3g friendly area (washington, d.c./md area). if this is true, therumors of a new iphone this summer are definitely all but confirmed. i'll be upgrading but i'm dreading the experience. if anyone remembers the iphone3g launch...

They better improve battery life first.

But AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile are going to use the same 4G technology called LTE which in theory means iPhones on all those networks in the future.
