Having a fast metabolism ftw/ftl

So I was always naturally skinny, but seeing how many are fighting to pull their weight down, I guess us skinny people have a blessing and a curse. We, atleast I, can eat as much as i want, anything i want without gaining a pound. I guess as an athlete that also helps out, but we are also cursed as putting onweight is super hard. im at 5'11 150 lbs...need to put on some muscle!!

Ima try the protein thing this summer and see if I can put on some weight..
Right now I'm 5'10'' 140...

but being skinny till you're 35 FTL im 21 and couldnt gain weight to save my life. I guess we shouldn't complain as to people w/ slow ones

dude i have it pretty lame, 5'10 and 130 pounds here.

used to be 125 until i started eating a bunch of snacks in between meals.
 
the protein shakes work ... i would eat like 3 meals and not gain a pound.

i was weighing 140 round october, took the protein and hit the gym. no i weight 165

FTW. I'm 5'11" & 170. Actually, damn fam (OP) we the same height and I got 20 on you, and I consider myself hella thin...........eeeww

Anyway, this scallywag at my job always trynna hate on me because I'm skinny. Broad is just jealous I tell you. As long as it doesn't prevent you fromdoing things you want to and you're healthy, you're good, no?

Sometimes I be up to 160 and then like a week later I be down to 155 again, like %@*.

I remember one time this lady my dad went to school with, looked at me funny cuz I was skinny and said , "You on a diet? ". I then told her,"Don't let the frame fool you." She almost died laughing and told my dad , "Come get your son, he over here being bad."

eat what i want, when i want, only exercise is walking around the city, and an irregular push up routine.

hope im not jinxing myself.
 
im about 5'11 and recently checked my weight and i was at 160. i had to check again lol
 
BTW, we can eat whatever whenever, but I'm sure our insides are messed the F up. For a period of almost 3 weeks, I had at least one fast food meal per day.I felt slow and groggy the whole time.
 
Hit the gym, have a protein shake have some also
Eat right...4-6 small well proportioned meals a day
 
6 feet 155 I want to weight more though....but I know it's not going to happen I eat all day and don't gain a pound
 
i don't think being skinny could ever be as bad as some of you make it out to be.. sure, you have trouble getting buff and what not - but even ifyou're skinny, you can always take your shirt off without too much fear. If you're overweight, it's much worse having to take your shirt off - evenif you're somewhat muscular too.


I'd much rather be 30 pounds under average height/weight ration than 30 pounds over.
 
5 feet 6 inches, yeah sometimes i enjoying being skinny and not putting on pounds, but it sucks when you play football with bigger guys.
 
used to be like 145-150 and I'm 6 0', starting blazing frequently and now I'm either at 160 or in the 160's never below

Fast metabolism ftw...5'8" 145 I eat whatever I want but I like to eat healthy anyways. I'm just glad I'm not like my co-worker who is 6'0and close to 300 lbs.
