Anyone into Videography?

I recently started getting my feet wet with videography. I have to admit, it's a lot of fun. I know there has to be at least of handful of NTers withskills behind the cam and cpu (for editing). Can anyone of you hook me up with tips or urls of websites that have helped you out?

It's all experience for me. I haven't had any proper training or even classes, I just watched and learned what my other friends, who are videographersas well, are doing.
