What do you do at 2AM when you're starving and there's nothing open but fast food places?

I need to go grocery shopping. Unless I decided to cook a full meal basically I don't have many food options at home. It's 2am and I want somethingquick. I could drive to the 24hr walmart but that's like 15 minutes away so F that. I'm hungry but mickey d's, taco bell, and wendy's disgustme at times.

I stay stocked with food so that's not really a problem. Occasionally I'll eat something bad but it's not a problem. I'd drive 15 min to theWal-Mart and consider it a lesson learned.

which fast food joints?

but if you want some junk food go for it...just dont make a habit of it

Get a chicken taco or two off the Fresco menu at taco bell. It has like half the fat of the regular tacos. I always make sure my house is packed with soy milkand cheerios for those late night snacks.

im in the same situation right not, but i'm in college so i guess it's a bit different. about to break out a can of chef boyardee ravioli. smh at mycurrent lifestyle

if you have enough food at your crib to make a full meal(unless everything is frozen)...you should be able to get creative and whip up a snack no problem

Peanut Butter
Almonds
Banana, Apple
Protein Shake

Eat around the crib late night my man.. it will safe you much time and even more $$$.

I was about to say just go to your Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, but then I remember you said 24-hour. Your local 7/11 should have some sort or organicdrinks or snacks to keep you going until the regular spots open in the morning.

I put these in a blender earlier.

-1-2 cup of oatmeal (raw, idk if thats safe

)
-1 scoop of ice cream
-2 bannanas
-1 and half cup of milk

Its pretty good and it got me full. You can add whatever kind of protein mix you want with it too.

I've snacked at 2AM before and it's one of these...cup of low fat yogurt and 2 pieces of wheat bread, wheat crackers with chicken salad or a can oftuna, baked beans with 2 slices of wheat bread or yam with 2 slices of wheat bread. Ranges from 80-160 cals and have a decent amount of protein. I stoppedeating out months ago, and have save about $500 a month from it.

If you don't want to really cook, just go get the $20 George Foreman Grill so you can do the basic chicken, turkey, beef at least.
