You just gotta take it for what it's worth. I want to go see this, as I really liked "Never Back Down". I watch it so much the DVDstarted skipping.

That's what made me so interested in this movie "Fighting". The title is lame tho.

That and this seems like the "fighting" version (no pun intended) of the movies with this formula:
Protagonist white person who starts off as a bum/regular + is the lonely type in a ghetto environment + has a talent that is
Throw in a funny minority friend (preferably black) and voila...
*Note* I haven't and don't plan on watching this movie so tell me if I'm wrong...

'Fighting' is mad generic.
And not all fight movies are bad. Just these kinds that are directed at the newer MTV generation.

Anyone else think fighting was a terrible movie?
Terrence Howard's voice that he had to make for his role is terrible. He reminded me of Cleveland in Family Guy talking all slow.
