I've been stuck overseas for over a year and I finally get to go back home and more than anything I appreciate the following things I get back in my day today

-Workout/exercise (was unable to live near a fitness center)
-Favorite fastfood/boutique restaurants (the local Japanese joint or KFC that just isn't around here)
-Driving in a cool car with the top down listening to my favorite music. (piece of %+@% company cars w/o stereos FTL)
-Going to the favorite drinking spots with ya buddies
-Watching professional sports that matter i.e. NFL
-Playing PS3/XBOX till the late hours of the night
-Eating whatever I happen to crave WHENEVER I WANT. (this is almost impossible when traveling)

NT??????

what do you do that you work overseas?? or are you in the military?

i love the 12 oclock mixes that come on the radio everyday...not the hip hop and RnB stations but the pure R&B stations

I was working project management in holland and russia but going back home for school

Reading a good book

which I usually don't get to enjoy that much anymore from all the time work and school consume
 
how did you get that job? i'm def. interested in working overseas...my mom could get me a teaching job anywhere there is a military base with a school buti just wanna know what else is out there as far as jobs overseas...

I've been overseas and know how you feel.

I missed popular american channels....espn, mtv, history, fox, etc. Also fast food joints--mcdonalds, jack in the box, taco bell
 
I live/work overseas right now.

I got CNN and Canal plus sport so I stay current with all sports in America and the occasional football or basketball game that comes on.

But I think I would pay a hundred dollars for a large pepperoni from pizza hut right about now.

Oh yea I miss cable internet.
