i turned on my xbox today and got the e74 error. called technical support and they say i have to mail it in. so how long does it take for them to send it backnormally after shipping out?

you should get it in about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks after sending it to them, thats about how long it took every time for me

So many problems with the Xbox, even now. I went to UPS to send out my Xbox, and the lady at the counter said, "Let me guess, an Xbox?" and I waslike "Yeah how did you know?" She said that she gets a lot of them and has pretty much memorized the address to ship it to. I wasn't suprised,almost all my friends had to send out their Xbox for repair...

this would happen just after i renew my xbox live too. was talking to a friend and his broke last week. xbox FTL. how did you ship it out without it movingaroung in the box? bubble wrap?

Luckily for you, they'll fix it for free since they just recently added E74 to the manufactuer warranty.

yea warranty is good for 3years
