Persuasive Speech HELP!

So I have a speech to present tomorrow in class but right now at this moment I had like a thousand brain farts and I'm completely clueless. Any tips,tricks, topics, HELP, ANYTHING?

I had to do a persuasive speech earlier on in the semester. I chose dance.

Choose something you genuinely like, gives pros and cons on why and why not to like it.

Speak with a little enthusiasm.
 
Sucks, I had to do the exact same thing a few weeks ago.
I hated this speech; informative was hella easier.
I suggest pick an issue going on in the society; abortion, same sex marriages, etc.
Do you get to use a note card?
 
what do you like, Rap, Biggie, Metalheads.

just speak about that. I did a persuasive speech on the Blackberry curve...talked about its features, how it rates against its competitors, the price...

its all an outline.

you grabbed the audience attention. mention exactly what you are trying to persuade them to look into

name 3 (or more) key points your going to make

go over the 3 key points

conclusion, repeat thesis, and key points, thats it...have pictures, demonstrations, and come with knowledge.

my speech was so good, this kid in my class bought a BB Curve the next day lol
 
just talk bout something you know really well

write down points you will talk bout

practice to make sure you reach the time required
 
i did my speech on persuade them to go green or the reason to buy a hybrid car. or persuade them to be a sneakerhead.
 
I have to have an outline as well that I am allowed to glance at during my speech. I can't read word for word
 
Outline is the easy part;

Topic: "whatever it is.."

Main Idea #1:

Main Idea #2:

Main Idea #3:

Conclusion: Tie in all three points.

Once you got this done - the rest is easy, shmeezy.

it's a great idea...unless your professor is staunchly against it and might take it personal.

when it comes to classes like this, choose a politically neutral topic
