ok i think i misunderstood you the 1st time. cdp 8/15 both had leather for the most part but i def see wat your saying. hmmmm........

correct, but a lot of times we give synthetic a pass as 'nubuck'
nubuck is finely sanded leather (outside)
suede is finished on the inside of the hide.

imo the 11/12 are overpriced and overrated..mainly because of quality..everytime i look at the cdp xi's i just

JB packs are just like any infomercial you see.
like how they offer to double your offer on the Bedazzler if you call right now & order for only $20 when really they could have sold you 1 for $10.
plus buying these packs makes it easy for JB to just price gouge the consumer, $310 for 2 pairs of V's?
the og V was $120 the 00' retro's were $120 the 06' Retros were $135 now each shoe in the pack will cost you $155 each. But some of you guys stillthink that $310 is a good deal because you get a cool looking cardboard shoe box

Packs aren't bad but what did they expect? They released a pack almost once a month and we knew in advance which ones were going to come out. Ofcourseeverybody was stackin' chips til the 11/12 pack resulting in weak units sold for the others. Plus they had some crap colorways like all black 20's,etc.
I personally like packs because not everybody can afford them so it leaves the real Jordan sneakerheads coppin' em.
Resellers are everywhere regardless and this is the first anticipated release of the year.

I never liked/supported the pack concept. the only pack I ever tried to get was the DMP. And that was because at that time I really though that the DMP was aone time thing.Back then I never knew that they would bombard us with packs for years to come. I'm firmly against the packs.
I like the idea of more shoes for less, but not less quality for more.

imo this package is weak, and the "inspiration" behind it is lame. They throw "dmp" on the box to built up hype and overcharge. But at theend of the day its 2 pair of 5s that not too long ago retailed for $135 being marked up at $310

I could care less what they think. I dont mind buying a package if its worth it. The raging bull pack is booty. both pairs.

I have said since December that I was done with the packs. If it were one maybe two a year it would be different. Last year just drowned us in packages.
I would hope they would hold off on packs for a while if anyone hasnt noticed this "recession" hasnt gotten any better after 6 months.
The sad part is people are still going tp buy these. Two of the same shoe NEVER has made sense to me

Had no plans on coppin this pack at retail anyways so I guess that says where I stand on the packs...its not that its a bad idea its the pairing of one

i had planned to cop all the packs but ended up with only 2 or 3 .... i even passed on the 11/12 pack
im coppn this pack x 2 and hope jb will only put out packs in the future on rare occasions or in highly sought after colorways
